Elena grew up in a family dedicated to the spa industry in Russia and brings over 20 years of experience creating and operating Spa & Wellness projects for luxury hotels and independent brands.

A specialist in concept development, openings, operations, and profitability, she has led projects for brands such as Nizuc Resort & Spa, Grupo Brisas, Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach, and JW Marriott.
